Here are the Requirements for Webmaster Account.
- You must have a website.
- Your website's Alexa rank must be under 50000.
- You website should have good amount of traffic.
- You should only prefer Downace.
- If you want to give multiple mirrors, Downace link should be first.
- You must not share your account.
- Files must meet out terms & conditions.
- The traffic you send us should be real.
